Sometimes, I have negative feelings, like anger, sleepiness, no motivation and no concentration. I want to control my mind positively at all times.
Listening to music is very efficient for me.
Listening to music that I love, I feel very happy and get motivation and concentration.
The music I love is mainly:
-Metal (especially melodic, speedy, technical)
-Video game music
-Japanese Animation music
-Some classical music
I listen to music on my MP3 player.
The MP3 player makes a small inner world in my brain, using earphones, anytime, anywhere.
I enjoy this world, and the direction of my feeling is so good.
I love singing too, but I am a bad singer so I should do practice more.
This problem is I can't know how I should practise to be a good singer.
